I grew up hands-first, not book-first — working construction, figuring things out by touch, grit, instinct. That work shaped me, but it also left me disconnected from myself.
I chased success, ended up in the entertainment world, and ran fast — too fast. Burnout, relapse, breakdown. Everything I thought was strength cracked open, and I had to rebuild from the inside out.
What came out of that collapse became M.B.S. Theory — Mind, Body, Self, my way of helping people calm their mind, settle their nervous system, and come back home to themselves.
I don’t teach theory from a distance. I teach what I lived.
I grew up learning by doing — working with my hands, figuring things out in real time, and learning from experience long before I ever learned from books. That foundation shaped how I understand healing today.
Even with professional training and education, I believe real change happens through practice, awareness, and experience — not just talking or thinking our way through things.
