This group meditative healing session is designed for those who are ready to step out of the noise and into a space of healing, and to gently guide participants back to calm, clarity and connection.

There was a time where my days were filled with racing & intrusive thoughts and nights were sleepless. Today, I am happy, healthy and present for those I love, and I enjoy sharing how I got here. I'm licensed / certified in social work & addiction, neurofeedback, vibrational healing, and meditation in motion.
I lived the work now offer, years of therapy, relapse, rebuilding and growth. I help with anxiety, addiction, trauma and burnout using my MBS Theory (Mind-Body-Self), neurofeedback, DBT/ACT skills, and meditation in motion. You'll gain clarity, calm, and tools to reconnect with who you truly are.

Designed to calm the mind and activate the body’s natural healing systems, this breath-led movement helps you reset your nervous system, regulate emotions, and return to a state of presence.

Vibrational Healing blends ancient sound practices with modern neuroscience to support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and deep mind-body integration. Rooted in somatic principles and aligned with the Mind-Body-Self (MBS) Theory, this offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Together, we use frequency, rhythm, and breath to help your body release tension and return to balance. Through singing bowls, chimes, natural tones, rhythmic drumming, and vagal toning (gentle vocalizations that activate the vagus nerve), you’ll experience more than just relaxation—you’ll experience restoration.

Neurofeedback is a powerful tool we integrate directly into the Mind-Body-Self (MBS) Theory framework to support lasting transformation. Using qEEG (Quantitative Electroencephalography), we start with a detailed brain map to identify patterns related to mood, focus, sleep, trauma, and more.
From there, we develop a customized neurofeedback protocol that helps train your brain to regulate itself more effectively—reducing symptoms and increasing clarity, calm, and resilience.
In the context of MBS, neurofeedback supports the “Mind” domain by addressing dysregulation at its source—your brain’s electrical activity—while also calming the nervous system and reinforcing the somatic (Body) work and insight (Self) practices we explore in therapy or coaching.
Available for in-person clients at our Cornelius location.
Rental units available for qualified clients who wish to train at home.
